KC Elevate provides a 5 week lacrosse development program for 1st - 12th grade boys and girls.  This is a great opportunity for players to learn the game for the first time or elevate your game to the next level.  All players are grouped together by age and skill level to provide the best instruction around.

5 Week Session
Dates:

Tuesdays (Boys @ Scheels) - June. 4, 11, *18 (BVN) July 9,16 

Wednesdays (Boys @ SME) - June. 5,12,19 July 10,17

Wednesdays (Girls @ BVN) - June. 12,19,26 July 10,17
Time:

5pm-6pm

Instruction Format
- players are grouped according to age and skill level for appropriate level instruction
- players will come away with a higher level of fundamental play and increased level of game play understanding
- drills will be primarily focused on stick skills (passing, catching, shootout) dodging, and defensive play

- Great opportunity for goalies to receive endless repetitions

Safety is #1 priority!
This is all about development, Elevate will be reinforcing good sportsmanship and safe play while training.

Full Equipment REQUIRED:
BOYS: helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick, mouth guard, tennis shoes

GIRLS: goggles, mouth guard and stick
